I am dedicating this to my amazing sister , who throughout my journey , stayed so strong and positive for my family and for myself. My journey would of been a lot different without her smile and humour. I am so proud to call her my sister and I really do appreciate everything she did for me and still does for me. She was the ray of sunshine we all needed , everyone needs a poppy in their life ! Xxx
