Jack you have faced so much in the past 6. 5 years, firstly your T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia diagnosis, then the relapse, your sibling bone marrow transplant, the late effects from the treatment & transplant, skin gvhd, scoloderma, joint issues, hormone issues and now bronchiectasis, you do this with a constant smile on your face, with little or no complaints, you are one amazing 14 year old and we are all so proud of you xx ❤️
